Frequently Asked Questions

What is Debugle?

Debugle is a collaborative cloud-based task manager. Use it to discuss stuff, share files, set due dates, get your tasks done on time.

Who is Debugle for?

Debugle was created for freelancers and small teams, but it serves without problems medium or large teams.

Is my data safe and secure?

The security of your data is Debugle's highest priority. No one can access your project data unless you deliberately invite them to that project.

How much does Debugle cost?

You can manage 1 project with 2 team members totally free.
For as low as $5/month (or $50/year) you can create unlimited projects with how many team members per project you want.

What type of support are you providing?

At this time we offer support only by our help desk. Please expect your request to be answered within 48 hours as a 24/7/365 support service is not available.
Only that way we can keep the price that low.

What is your refund policy?

Due the nature of our product we’re currently not able to offer a refund for the 1 month subscription. Please test Debugle with the free plan first to see if it's what you need before you upgrade to a paid subscription.

How do I cancel my account?

We give our best to make sure you enjoy using Debugle, however if you want to cancel your account you can do that within Account Settings page. For security reasons we'll keep your data 30 days so if you change your mind just get in touch and we'll restore your account.

What happens when my paid subscription expires?

The projects exceeding the free plan (more than 1 project) will be locked and become accessible only for you. If you don't want to renew your subscription you can export your data or delete the project. The locked projects will be automatically removed after 30 days if you don't renew the subscription. You'll be notified by email and in-app when your subscription is about to expire or data to be removed.

What browsers are supported?

Debugle runs on IE 9+ and all recent versions of Chrome, Opera, Safari and Firefox.

Do people I invite to my project need to pay?
